This position performs interviews and consultations with university management and stakeholders to analyze training needs. The position will work closely with the IT Project Management team, organizational service Subject Matter Experts, KU IT Directors, and key IT staff to determine and assure a comprehensive training program meets the ongoing needs of the University community.
This position is a member of the KU IT Technology Instruction & Engagement (TIE) team that reports to the TIE team manager within KU IT Support Services. This position is responsible for designing, coordinating, and conducting training programs based on employee needs for training on organizational services as they come available including, but not limited to, Skype for Business, m圜ommunity (Office 365/Sharepoint Online), KU s Content Management System (drupal), and others.
